Creating price tags online with Tagmio is quick, simple, and fully customizable. Whether you manage a retail store, market stall, or eCommerce business, this step-by-step guide shows how to design your own price tags and export them as ready-to-print PDFs – all without needing a graphic designer.
Go to the Tagmio app and sign up with your email address.
Once logged in, you’ll see your workspace where you can create, edit, and manage templates.

Click the “+ New” button in the template selector.
Give your template a descriptive name (for example, A6 Product Tag – Summer Collection).
Choose the correct paper size (A4, A5, A6 or define custom dimensions in millimetres).
Then select the desired orientation: Landscape or Portrait.
This defines the printable layout area for your tags.
From the left-hand Fields panel, drag and drop the elements you want to display on each tag.
Common fields include:
Arrange the fields on the canvas exactly how you want them to appear.
You can move, resize, or delete elements freely.
Use the Styles panel on the right to customize text, spacing, and visual appearance.
You can modify:
This lets you maintain brand consistency across all tags. For example, add your store logo in the top corner and use your brand color for the price text.
Return to the Generator page. Here you can upload an Excel/CSV file or add product lines manually.
Click “Upload Excel/CSV File” and select your spreadsheet.
Each column (e.g., Name, Price, Unit) will automatically connect to matching template fields.
You can also download the provided Excel Template to make sure your headers match.
Click Add New Line and type in your product name, offer price, and unit directly in the table.
Use Clear All Lines to reset if needed.
Once your data and layout are ready, click “Generate PDF.”
Tagmio automatically combines your product information with your template design to produce perfectly formatted, print-ready price tags.
You can open the file in your browser or download it for printing.
If your company requires custom or multi-product layouts, contact Tagmio Support for pre-made templates.
These allow you to place multiple small tags on one sheet or include special design elements like QR codes, logos, or product categories.
